Falcon and Acteeum will build shopping center with lease area of 18,000 sqm store in Siemianowice Śląskie.

Falcon Investment is going to be Acteeum's partner during the construction of the Galeria Siemianowicka shopping center in the area of Sienkiewicza, Głowackiego, Piastowska, Katowicka, and Stara Katowicka streets in Siemianowice Śląskie (Śląskie Province). Lidl chain is going to be the grocery store operator (approx. 2,000 sqm). Let us recall that the plans concern construction of a complex with a lease area of approx. 18,000 sqm. Design guidelines have been developed by Archas Design. The investment is scheduled to be finalized in the 2nd half of 2023. ■
