Fewaterm Group will build teaching facility in Chełm

The State Vocational College (PWSZ) has entrusted Fewaterm Group with a contract worth 28.6 million PLN gross concerning the design and contracting of a teaching building of the Institute of Medical Sciences on Batorego Street in Chełm (Lubelskie Province). The building with a total area of 6,900 sqm and a cubature of 32,000 meters³ is going to be completed by the end of October 2022. The other bidders were: Adamietz (32 million PLN), Erbud (33.2 million PLN), Edach (33.8 million PLN), Max-Bud (35.4 million PLN), Texom (35.6 million PLN), and Merx (38 million PLN). ■
