FineTech-Fundamental consortium will erect for DSV an office building with an area of over 30,000 sqm in Warsaw

The consortium of FineTech Construction and Fundamental Group companies has been chosen by DSV as general contractor ofan office building in Warsaw, in the area of Taśmowa and Marynarska streets. According to the design by Danish bureau PLH Arkitekter, a 7-story edifice with the net area of app. 31,000 sqm, designated for over 1,500 employees, will be constructed there. Its opening is expected in Q1, 2020. As we have informed, Portico Project Management plays the role of a substitute investor. ■
