Forest Park is planning construction of hotel-recreation complex

Forest Park, company with personal ties to Górskie Resorty PL, is planning construction of the Forest Park Resort & Spa hotel-recreation complex on Źródlana Street in Świeradów-Zdrój (Dolnośląskie Province). The complex will comprise five buildings with a total of 465 apartments sized 29-51 sqm each, a restaurant section, and a Spa & Wellness zone with a roofed swimming pool and outdoor swimming pools. The investment, the cost of which has been estimated at 250 million PLN, has been designed by Willove Design Studio from Marseilles (France) and Probud from Jelenia Góra. ■
