Atenor prepares construction of offices with area of 44,000 sqm in Warsaw in collaboration with JEMS and Buro Happold

Brookfort Investment, associated with Atenor, is supervising administrative preparations for the construction of the "Fort Zbarż" office complex in the area of Wirażowa, Żwirki i Wigury, Winiarska, Benetta, and Osińskiego streets in Warsaw. The enterprise is to entail the construction of three buildings with a usable area of 44,000 sqm, with approx. 10,500 sqm of parking garages. The investment partners include JEMS Architekci and Buro Happold. Let us recall that in May 2019, we reported that Atenor Poland had purchased over 14 ha of land, located in a part of the Warsaw Fortress named Fort VII (Zbarż) from Merchant Holdings. Building development conditions (WZiZT) for the property allow for the construction of a complex of office, hotel, conference, and service buildings. ■
