MDC² will cooperate with Fortress REIT on construction of logistics center with area of 80,000 sqm in Głuchów n. Łódź

MDC² has signed a contract with Fortress REIT, a South African developer of logistics properties, concerning joint construction of the "MDC2 Park Łódź South" warehouse complex in Głuchów, at the intersection of the A1 motorway and national roads no. 91 and 92. The complex with a lease area of 80,000 sqm, designed by One Architekci, is to be completed in the 3rd quarter of next year. The general contractor of the investment is currently being chosen. ■
