Galeria Podkowa is preparing extension of shopping center in Podkowa Leśna

Galeria Podkowa company is conducting preparations for the extension of a retail complex, operating on Leśna Street in Podkowa Leśna (Mazowieckie Province). The enterprise is to entail putting to use a new section (GLA of approx. 7,500 sqm). Commercialization is being handled by Arrowhead Properties & Investments. Let us recall that in January 2012 we informed about Marcpol, company owned by Marek Mikuśkiewicz, building a complex with a total area of over 13,000 sqm (usable area of over 9,200 sqm). The general contractorship agreement, worth over 27 million PLN, was signed with Mirbud. According to court registry, the shareholders of Galeria Podkowa are Marek Mikuśkiewicz and Natalia Mikuśkiewicz. ■
