Genesis will build shopping-center with GLA of 18,000 sqm in Starachowice

Genesis Property is conducting preparations for an investment in the area of Wiosenna Street in Starachowice (Świętokrzyskie Province). The developer is planning construction of a complex of shopping-service outlets in the Big-Box format, with GLA of 18,000 sqm. The architect of the complex has not yet been chosen. The construction works should begin in the 1st quarter of 2025. ■
