GHD and Medusa Group to develop a 400-room hotel complex in Świnoujście

Green House Development (GHD) is preparing an investment project involving the construction of a complex of two hotels under the name "Wave Świnoujście Thermal & SPA" in Świnoujście (West Pomeranian Voivodeship), located near Bolesława Chrobrego and Uzdrowiskowa streets. The design partner for the project, which will include approximately 400 holiday apartments and an all-year thermal and SPA complex covering over 4,000 m², is the architectural studio Medusa Group.
Earlier, PREM Inwestycje reported on the land development plans for an area of approximately 1.4 hectares, with the participation of IDS Architekci – Maciej Panek. In the vicinity, Masterm is also developing the Aquart Świnoujście complex, which will comprise 151 apartments
