GHD will build multi-family housing complex with approx. 400 units

Green House Development (GHD) is conducting preparations for the development of a property located at 70 Gryfa Pomorskiego Street in Międzyzdroje (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex of multi-family housing units, called "Wave Apartments," with a total of 393 apartments.
Let us recall that in January of this year we informed about administrative procedures being conducted for this property by Comfortime Baltica. The procedures pertained to the construction of an apartment complex with a total cubature of approx. 84,000 meters³, complemented with accompanying sports-recreational infrastructure (swimming pool, gastronomy and service outlets). The services of architect Piotr Chojara (Modo Architektura) were used during the design stage. ■
