Ghelamco is going to build residential complex in Stara Iwiczna

A subsidiary of Ghelamco has obtained a construction permit for a multi-family residential complex in Stara Iwiczna in Lesznowola commune near Warsaw. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with a cubature of over 60,000 meters³. Design works were carried out in collaboration with the representatives of PIG Architekci. Let us recall that this year in April, we reported that Ghelamco was conducting preparations for the construction of a complex with an area of 16,000 sqm in the area of Nowa, Tukanów, and Powstańców Warszawy streets in Stara Iwiczna. The works are scheduled to be finalized in 2024. ■
