Ghelamco will carry out Chopin Tower office building in Warsaw

Polsko-Belgijska Pracownia Architektury "Projekt" is preparing architectural guidelines for the Chopin Tower office building, which Ghelamco is planning to build on Europejski Square in Warsaw, between Towarowa, Grzybowska, Wronia, and Łucka streets. Let us recall that the complex, with the height of approx. 130 m, is going to have a lease area of approx. 40,000 sqm. The investment will commence, at the earliest, after the nearby "The Bridge" office building (previously named "Bellona Tower") is put to use, i.e. in the 1st quarter of 2025. ■
