GJS74 will build residential complex in Poznań

GJS74, company associated with Sivanet, is obtaining construction permits for a multi-family residential complex on Lechicka Street in Poznań. The enterprise will entail the construction of buildings with a cubature of over 107,000 meters3. Design has been developed by Pracownia Architektoniczna Ewy i Stanisława Sipińskich. Let us recall that this year in July, we reported that APP-Projekt collaborated with Sivanet on the investor supervision over the construction of a residential complex on Lechicka Street in Poznań. The enterprise, to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2025, is to entail the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with a total of over 180 flats, hotel and service sections, and a parking lot for 200 vehicles. ■
