Gleeds is collaborating on construction of multi-functional center

Gleeds is collaborating with Nhood on preparations for the construction of a multi-functional center, which will be put to use in Góraszka near Warsaw, at the junction of the S17 road, as part of the "Projekt Góraszka" investment. The 1st stage will entail the construction of a complex of buildings with a lease area of over 45,000 sqm, comprising a retail park, an outlet-type complex, a general store, a medical center, fitness center, restaurant area, and a cinema. Let us recall that in September, we reported that SUD Architectes was chosen as the architect of the complex. The works are scheduled to be finalized in 2025. The entire "Projekt Góraszka" is going to offer approx. 74,000 sqm, including a water park. ■
