Goldbeck is going to build production-office outlet in Stryków

The Goldbeck Company has begun, as general contractor, the construction of a production-office outlet with an area of 39,000 sqm in Segro Logistics Park Stryków for Segro Poland. The tenant of the complex is going to be Corning Optical Communications. Works are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2018. Let us recall that in 2006 we informed about Corning's collaboration on the construction of the previous stage of the investment in Stryków (approx. 43,000 sqm) with Grontmij, Biliński&Lutomski and Slough Estates.
