Panattoni will build, in cooperation with Goldbeck, BSH factory with area of 60,000 sqm in Łódż

Panattoni Europe has commenced the construction of a dishwasher factory on Jędrzejowska Street in Łódź for BSH Home Appliances Group (BSH Sprzęt Gospodarstwa Domowego). The role of general contractor has been entrusted to Goldbeck. The investment is going to entail the construction of a complex with an area of approx. 58,500 sqm, including 47,400 sqm of the production section, 9,500 sqm of the office facilities, and the remaining approx. 1,600 sqm will be taken up by corridors leading to Central European Logistics Hub, which is being built nearby. Construction works should be finalized and the factory should be transferred to the investor in early 2019, and the first dishwashers are going to leave the plant in the middle of next year. ■
