Goldbeck will develop logistics complex

Prologis has entrusted Goldbeck with the contracting for two logistics-warehouse outlets with a total area of 125,000 sqm as part of the "Prologis Park Janki" complex in Sokołów near Warsaw. The tenant of these halls is going to be Euro-net, the owner of RTV Euro AGD stores. The transaction, mediated by Cushman & Wakefield, also pertains to extending the lease in the existing buildings; as a result of this move, the space taken up by the chain is going to increase to 160,000 sqm.
Let us recall that in August 2015, we informed about preparations being conducted by Prologis in collaboration with APA Kwadrat for the construction of a logistics center with an area of approx. 127,000 sqm in Sokołów. Meanwhile in December 2012, we wrote about Prologis's plans connected with the location of three halls with a total area of 94,000 sqm in Sokołów. Contracting of the first stage of "Prologis Park Janki" (38,200 sqm, designed by Ferma Kresek) has been entrusted to Depenbrock. ■
