Golden Lion Development will build residential complex with approx. 340 flats in Łódź.

Golden Lion Development is obtaining construction permits for subsequent stages of the "Enklawa Pienista" residential complex in the area of Pienista and Maczka streets in Łódź. The enterprise will entail the construction of five buildings with a total of 339 flats. The first stage of the investment, comprising two buildings with 74 flats, is currently being built. ■
