Goodman will build in Wypędy near Warsaw a distribution center with cubature of over 417,000 meters³

 A dependent company of Goodman Poland is conducting administrative preparations connected with the acquisition of permits for the construction of a distribution center in Wypędy, a commune of Raszyn near Warsaw. The enterprise is going to consist of the development of a property with an area of over 7 ha, where halls with a cubature of over 417,000 meters3 are going to be built. Architects from the Ferma Kresek architectural workshop are collaborating on the enterprise.
Let us recall that we have informed in PREM that Panattoni Development Europe is trying to obtain permits for the construction of a wholesale hall with a cubature of almost 30,000 meters3. Design works were carried out by Marek Rytych. The procedures, however, pertained to different lots than those designated for the Goodman concern's investment. ■
