GP is going to build shopping center

Grupa RB is the author of an architectural concept of a shopping-service center, which Genesis Property is going to build on Klemensa Janickiego Street in Żnin (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). Let us recall that the property with an area of approx. 1.5 ha is going to be used for the construction of a complex with a total area of approx. 5,000 sqm and a parking lot with 140 parking spaces. The investment is to be put to use in 2022. ■
