Green Hills Investment is going to build retail park with area of 3,600 sqm in Gdynia

Green Hills Investment is conducting preparations for the construction of a retail park on Wiczlińska Street in Gdynia. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with a lease area of approx. 3,600 sqm. The complex is scheduled to be put to use in July 2022. According to court registry, Green Hills Investment has personal ties to RWS Investment Group. The developer is carrying out the "Green Park" chain, designed in collaboration with Pejot Studio. ■
