Griffin Real Estate prepares construction of a dorimtory with ca. 350 rooms in Gdańsk

In the 2nd quarter of this year, Griffin Real Estate is planning to begin the construction of the Student Depot university hotel in the area of Kołobrzeska and Rzeczypospolitej streets in Gdańsk. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of an 8-story building with a usable area of approx. 7,000 sqm, with 347 rooms for students. The investment is to be put to use in August of next year.

Let us recall that we have informed about Griffin entrusting Erbud with the contracting of student residences in Wrocław and Warsaw, and about preparations for the construction of Student Depot chain buildings in Kraków and Poznań. ■
