Grimbud is contractor of first stage of "Inspire"

ZBM Grimbud Construction-Assembly Plant has been chosen as the general contractor of the first stage of the "Inspire" complex, which Okam is going to build on Sikorskiego Street, in Dolina Trzech Stawów. The value of the contract is established for 30.9 mln PLN net. Let us recall that in January of this year we informed that Okam was planning to build a multi-family housing complex with approx. 450 units on approx. 1.7 ha of land. According to our information, architectural assumptions of the investment were prepared by the Israeli Gidi Bar Orian Architects workshop in collaboration with Czora&Czora from Katowice. ■
