Grimbud will build "Resovia Residence"

Grimbud is going to be the contractor of the Resovia Residence complex, which will be built by a purpose-oriented company under the same name on Wyspiańskiego Street in Rzeszów, near the Resovia sports complex. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with an area of approx. 55,000 sqm, with 600 flats and a service section. The design has been developed by MWM Architekci, and design documentation has been developed by GSBK. According to court registry, Resovia Residence Development's shareholder is Res-Vita. Let us recall that in September 2014, we reported that Res-Vita, in collaboration with MWS, was planning construction of a multi-functional complex with an area of approx. 50,000 sqm at the intersection of Wincentego Witosa Avenue and Wyspiańskiego Street. ■
