Gryfbud is building Radisson Blu Resort complex with 236 apartments in Międzywodzie.

Gryfbud is the general contractor of the Radisson Blu Resort hotel-recreation complex on Szkolna Street in Międzywodzie (Zachodniopomorskie), which is being carried out by Sea Invest Gabryjelski Kocwa. Let us recall that the enterprise, to be carried out on the property of the developer's "Morski Park" holiday resort, is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with usable area of 13,200 sqm, with 236 apartments. The value of the investment has been estimated at approx. 135 million PLN. The operator is going to be Radisson Hotel Group. Design works have been entrusted to Q2 Studio, and investor supervision – to WM Pro. The works are scheduled to be finalized in the 4th quarter of 2024. ■
