Gulermak wants to build tram depot for 805.4 million PLN

Gulermak (805.4 million PLN gross, against the planned budget of 406.4 million PLN, including 398.3 million PLN for the basic order), consortia of ZUE (808.3 million PLN), Trakcja/Polimex Mostostal/Polimex Infrastruktura (1.236 billion PLN), and Budimex Budownictwo (1.344 billion PLN), submitted offers in a tender procedure, issued by Tramwaje Warszawskie (Warsaw Trams), concerning the design and general contractorship of the Annopol tram depot. The next stage will comprise an online auction. Let us recall that, according to the guidelines of the investment, which has been designed by Pas Projekt, the enterprise is to entail the development of approx. 12 ha of land, located between Annopol and Białołęcka streets in Warsaw-Białołęka. It will include the construction of warehouses housing up to 150 trams, and 14 km of tracks. The contract is to be carried out over the period of 26 months (2 years and 2 months). Let us recall that Egis Polska has acquired the contract worth 15.9 million PLN gross, concerning supervision over the investment. ■
