GW Engineering supervises the construction of Tischnera Green Park

GW Engineering serves as the multi-discipline supervision body for Stalprodukt's execution of the Tischnera Green Park multifunctional complex in Kraków, located in the area of Tischnera and Wadowicka Streets. As part of the project, initially announced by us in October of last year, the first phase will include a complex with a usable area of 28,500 m², of which 24,000 m² will be designated for office space. The development will also feature an underground parking garage for 384 vehicles. The project was designed by the Q Arch studio. The works will be carried out without a general contractor. It is worth noting that Stalprodukt has identified in its strategic directions for the coming years a phased development in the area of Wadowicka and Tischnera Streets, consisting of office, service, and residential rental facilities with a target area of 173,000 m². In August 2018, we reported that Stalprodukt had commissioned Zakład Usługowy Roboty Rozbiórkowe i Ogólnobudowlane Kazimierz Płoskonka to carry out demolition works on post-industrial buildings of the former Elbud plant in Kraków on a site of approximately 9 hectares in the Wadowicka and Tischnera Streets area. ■
