Gzella commenced construction of shopping center

Marina Development Gzella has commenced construction of the 1st stage (cubature of over 14,000 meters³) of the "Tuchola Park" shopping-service complex in the area of Witosa, Świecka and Przemysłowa streets in Tuchola (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). The works are being carried out without a general contractor; the construction site manager is Marcin Ziółkowski (Pro Studio). The building permit design has been developed in collaboration with Łukasz Seyda (Biuro Projektowe Diament). Lett us recall that the concept of the complex, with the planned total area of approx. 8,000 sqm, was developed by Pejot Studio. In November 2018, we reported that Gzella was preparing development of purchased properties with an area of 5.5 ha. "Tuchola Park" is to comprise four large-area outlets with an area of approx. 2,000 sqm each, with grocery and DIY supermarkets and smaller stores. The project also includes a complex of six 5-7-story multi-family residential buildings. ■
