Gzella plans construction of "Tuchola Park"

Gzella will build "Tuchola Park" retail park and housing estate according to design by Pejot on 5.5 ha in Tuchola. Gzella Investments has purchased a 5.5-ha property in the area of Witosa, Świecka and Przemysłowa streets in Tuchola (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). The complex is going to house 4 retail outlets with area of app. 2,000 sqm each, including a grocery supermarket and a construction-gardening outlet (Lidl, PSB and Bricomarche are mentioned as possible tenants) and smaller stores offering clothing and footwear, as well as a complex of six multi-family housing buildings with a height of from 5 to 7 stories. The entire project is to be completed within 4-5 years. The workshop Pejot Studio Piotr Jędrychowski has been entrusted with designing the outlet.
Pejot is also preparing the documentation of the Max shopping-service complex, planned on Hetmańska Street in Poznań. Neither the developer's name nor the details of the enterprise have been made public. The workshop is also collaborating with Sky Properties on preparations for an investment in Rawa Mazowiecka, which we will inform about in a separate news. ■
