Harden Construction is building H&M warehouse with area of 79,500 sqm in Robakowo

Harden Construction is building a warehouse-distribution building for the H&M clothing company in Robakowo (Wielkopolskie Province). The enterprise concerns construction of a building with an area of 79,500 sqm. Let us recall that this year in January, we reported that PDC Industrial Center 203, company associated with Panattoni Development, was conducting preparations for the development of a property with an area of 25 ha in the area of Szkolna Street in Robakowo. The enterprise was going to eventually entail the construction of a complex of production-warehouse buildings with a total area of over 140,000 sqm. The investment's architectural partner was Tacakiewicz Ferma Kresek.
Meanwhile, last year in February, we reported that Panattoni Development Europe was conducting preparations for the construction of a warehouse-service-production complex with a cubature of over 548,000 meters³ on Żernicka Street in Robakowo. Design of the enterprise has also been developed by Tacakiewicz Ferma Kresek. ■
