Hartbex is carrying out 1st stage of residential complex with over 600 flats in Rzeszów for SM Energetyk

Hartbex company is conducting construction of the 1st stage of the "Osiedle Przyszłość" residential complex on Bałtycka Street in the Wilkowyja area in Rzeszów for the SM Energetyk housing cooperative. Two buildings with a total of 154 flats sized 31-52 sqm each are to be put to use in December 2021. The entire investment, which is being designed by S-Projekt, is going to entail the construction of eight buildings with heights of 5-15 stories, with over 600 flats in total. The plans also include 2,300 sqm of shopping-service space. ■
