Hatrans is preparing construction of intermodal terminal

Hatrans is conducting preparations for the construction of an intermodal terminal with an area of approx. 63,000 sqm on Świetej Teresy Street in Łódź. The outlet is going to be located near the cargo railroad station Łódź-Żabieniec and the newly built S14 express road. The main purpose of the terminal is going to be the servicing of the export of polish food products, especially East – to Asia and European post-soviet states. The special purpose company Contargo Hatrans Łodź is going deal with the construction of the investment. Construction works are going to begin next year. The outlet is scheduled to be put to use at the end of 2022. We have written in PREM that Euro-Asia Rail Terminal, a company with ties to Hatrans, was conducting administrative procedures connected with plans for the construction of a reloading-warehouse center on Pryncypalna Street in Łódź. The enterprise was supposed to consist of the development of a property with an area of approx. 34 ha. ■
