HDP is preparing construction of residential complex

Project SP 1, company associated with Hochtief Development Poland (HDP), is applying for permits for the development of
a property with an area of 2.5 ha on 1 Sierpnia Street in Warsaw-Włochy. The enterprise will entail the construction of eight multi-family residential buildings with the height of between five and eleven stories and
a total area of 9,600 sqm (usable area of flats of 48,000 sqm). This is going to be the first stage of a multi-functional South Park complex. Let us recall that in August 2012, we reported that HDP was collaborating with Epstein on the development of an architectural concept for the building development of a lot at the intersection of Żwirki i Wigury and 1 Sierpnia streets, which was to be used for the construction of buildings with a total area of 164,000 sqm. ■
