Swedish company Heimstaden has purchased two designs for complexes with apartments for lease in Warsaw, on Postępu and Białostocka streets, from Eiffage group. The value of the contract was estimated at approx. 65 million euro. During the transaction, the company was advised by Dentons (legal issues), Deloitte (taxes), Arcadis (technical aspects), Leach & Partners (operations), and CBRE (commercialization). The planned enterprises are going to entail the construction of complexes with a total of 640 units, whose general contractor is going to be Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. Let us recall that this year in June, we reported that Eiffage Immobilier had been conducting preparations for the construction of the Progress Spot Warsaw building with a usable area of over 16,000 sqm, with 453 apartments for institutional lease purposes, at 5a Postępu Street in Warsaw. The company, in collaboration with Savills, was seeking an investment partner to begin the construction. The works are scheduled to be finalized in the 1st quarter of 2023. Eiffage Immobilier Polska, using the counselling services of Savills, alco announced the plans for putting to use over 2,300 flats for the purposes of institutional lease in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, and Gdańsk. ■
