Helimed Diagnostic is preparing construction of office building in Katowice

Helimed Diagnostic Imaging is applying for permission to develop a property with an area of approx. 0.5 ha on Kijowska Street in Katowice. The property is to be used for the construction of an office building. Design of the investment has been developed by the Żywiec based architectural office Wiewiórka & Golczyk Architekci. Let us recall that in PREM 1138, we reported that LM Conexio, company with personal ties to Helimed Diagnostic Imaging (Josef Stefan Lubojański), was conducting preparations for the construction, in collaboration with Wiewióra & Golczyk Architekci, of an office complex with an area of 20,000 sqm on Ceglana Street in Katowice. ■
