Hexacon commenced construction of residential complex

Hexacon, as the general contractor, has commenced construction of the "Osiedle Lumea" residential complex on Batalionów Chłopskich Street in Warsaw-Bemowo for Bouygues Immobilier Polska. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned last year in December, is going to entail the construction of a complex with 140 flats. The works should be finalized in the 2nd quarter of 2022. Design of the investment has been developed by Dawidczyk&Partnerzy. Let us recall that the administrative procedures were also carried out in collaboration with Anna Bojakowska. According to court registry, Hexacon has personal ties to Elbud. ■
