Hill International is supervising construction of Upper One

Hill International is conducting investor supervision over Strabag Real Estate's construction of the Upper One office complex on 23 Jana Pawła II Avenue in Warsaw. Let us recall that the enterprise concerns construction of a complex with a total area of approx. 47,000 sqm, where 35,900 sqm will be taken up by an office building, and 11,000 sqm – by a hotel with approx. 300 rooms. Architectural design has been developed by Medusa Group, and Strabag is the general contractor. Fort Polska, Arup, Buro Happold (structure and installations) and Studio Profil (façade design) are also taking part in the investment. ■
