Hillwood is planning construction of logistics center with area of nearly 90,000 sqm in Syców

Hillwood Polska is preparing construction of logistics center in Syców (Dolnośląskie Province). The plans concern development of a 20-ha property, located near the S8 route in the area of Polna and Szosa Kiełpińska streets. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of two buildings with areas of 70,400 sqm and 17,300 sqm. Let us recall that in PREM 1032 and 1066, we wrote that Nalepa Capital Trust and Kwadrat Polska were conducting preparations for the construction of a warehouse center with an area of 80,000 sqm in Syców, on lots with an area of 16 hectares, located by the S8 road near Kolejowa Street. ■
