Hillwood will build logistics center in Częstochowa

Hillwood has acquired a property for the construction of the Logistics Center in the area of Jaskrowska Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue in Częstochowa (Śląskie Province), near the intersection of national roads no. 1 and no. 91. The company is planning to use the land for the construction of two buildings with a total area of 64,000 sqm. Let us recall that in PREM 1002, we reported that Hillwood was obtaining administrative permits for the construction of a warehouse complex on Wojska Polskiego Avenue in Częstochowa. Architect Krzysztof Jopek (KJK Jopek) is collaborating on the investment. ■
