Hines will build warehouse complex with area of 100,000 sqm in Kowale

Saperavi, company associated with Hines Polska, is applying for permits for the development of a property with an area of 22 ha in Kowale in Kolbudy commune (Pomorskie Province). The enterprise, to be carried out in the area of Staropolska and Magazynowa streets, is going to entail the construction of the HiPark Gdańsk-Kowale complex of warehouse-production buildings with a total area of nearly 100,000 sqm. Let us recall that this year in February, we reported that Hines was conducting preparations for the construction of a HiPark complex in Piaseczno near Warsaw. ■
