Hochtief is going to build Intel Technology office center with net area of 23,000 sqm in Gdańsk

Hochtief has been chosen as the general contractor of the Intel Technology Poland office building on Słowackiego Street in Gdańsk. The value of the works has been established at over 55.2 million euro net (nearly 250 million PLN net). Let us recall that the enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a total area of 27,400 sqm (23,000 sqm net), designed for 1,500 employees. The works are scheduled to be finalized by August 1, 2023. Let us recall that we have reported in PREM that the investor's partner during preparations for the project was architect Wojciech Lubicz-Lisowski (CH2M Polska from Jacobs Engineering group). ■
