Hochtief is going to build hotel-rehabilitation complex

Hochtief has been chosen as the contractor of the "Rezydencja Święta Jadwiga" nursing home in the area of Pułaskiego and Traugutta streets in Wrocław. The enterprise, the investor of which is Orpea Polska, is going to entail the construction of a complex of buildings with 135 beds in 84 rooms with a total area of over 7,100 sqm. The works, supervised by the Municipal Conservator of Historical Monuments, are going to take approx. 19 months. Let us recall that in December 2019, we reported that MEDI-System, which belongs to the French company Orpea, was seeking contractor for a rehabilitation center in Wrocław. The developer obtained permission for the modernization and extension of a former hospital on 2-6 Pułaskiego Street for the purposes of the "Święta Jadwiga" Nursing Home. Design of the complex has been prepared by Mazur Arquitectos&Ingenieros Asociados. Ekocentrum took part in the procedure aimed at choosing the contractor. ■
