Hochtief is going to build Towarowa Towers

Hochtief has been chosen as the general contractor of two 30-story apartment buildings at the "Towarowa Towers" complex, which Asbud Group is planing to build on Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw, in the vicinity of Towarowa Street and 69 Prosta Street. The works are going to take 37 months. Let us recall that in September 2019, we reported that FS&P Arcus was designing the investment. The entire project will entail the construction of five buildings with approx 900 flats in total, including also office and service space. In August 2017, we reported that Asbud purchased a property with an area of nearly 1.8 ha. ■
