Hochtief offered to build cargo terminal

The management of the John Paul II Kraków-Balice International Airport has received 18 offers in a tender procedure, concerning the general contractorship of a cargo terminal, comprising a warehouse (2,700 sqm) with an office section (1,200 sqm), road infrastructure, and area development. The candidates for the contract are: Hochtief Polska (49.2 million PLN), Mirbud (57.8 million PLN), Alstal Grupa Budowlana (63.5 million PLN), Adamietz (64.2 million PLN), Mostostal Warszawa (65.3 million PLN), Arco System (66.6 million PLN), Modular (66.9 million PLN), Porr (69.2 million PLN), Polbau (71.3 million PLN), Anna-Bud (72.15 million PLN), Re-Bau (72.2 million PLN), Łęgprzem (74.5 million PLN), Anko-PRD Dębica (76.2 million PLN), Sarivo Budownictwo (77 million PLN), Berger Bau Polska (77.9 million PLN), BPBP (79.8 million PLN), Unibep (82.4 million PLN), and Max Bögl Polska (88.2 million PLN). The investor's budget has been established at 43.7 million PLN. The works, based on a design developed by the consortium of AKE Studio/APA Czech Duliński Wróbel, are to be finalized within the period of 17 months. ■
