Hochtief will carry out multi-family complex

Aurec Capital has entrusted Hochtief with the general contractorship of the 1st stage of the Osiedle Jutrzenka residential complex, which will be carried out on a property with an area of 6.5 ha on Jutrzenki Street in Warsaw-Włochy. Two 5-7-story buildings, with 163 flats sized 38-91 sqm each, are scheduled to be put to use in the 2nd quarter of 2022. ■
