Hosso is going to build shopping center in Police

Hosso Holding applied for a construction permit for shopping-service buildings on Wyszyńskiego Street in Police (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The lots adjoining Galeria Hosso are going to be used for the construction of a complex with a total cubature of over 43,000 meters³ (24,000 meters³ and 19,000 meters³). The architectural partner of the investment is Metropolis (Remigiusz Smolik). Let us recall that in January 2020, we reported that Hosso Holding had purchased properties adjoining Galeria Hosso in Police. The developer was planning construction of two shopping-service outlets and increasing the total area of the complex to 12,000 sqm (up from the current 5,000 sqm). In February 2017, we wrote that Hosso had entrusted Techno-Invest
with the contracting for modernization of the former CH Kinga shopping center at 13 Wyszyńskiego Street with a cubature of 17,000 meters³. ■
