Hotele ADC is going to build apart-hotel-recreation complex with cubature of 45,000 meters³ in Dziwnów

Hotele ADC is applying for construction permits for a complex of apart-hotel-recreation-holiday buildings in the area of Koniecznego, Słoneczna, and Wilków Morskich streets in Dziwnów (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The enterprise is going to entail the demolition of the current hotel facilities and construction of two buildings with a total cubature of over 45,000 meters³ (29,000 meters³ and 16,000 meters³) in this location. Design works were carried out in collaboration with BAB Rozwarski i Spławski. ■
