Hungarian Embassy is planning modernization of office building in Warsaw in collaboration with Mega-Logistic and Forbis Group

The Hungarian Embassy is conducting preparations for the revitalization of the former Węgierska Ekspozytura Handlowa (Hungarian Trade Agency) building on 10 Szwoleżerów Street in Warsaw. The construction permit was issued in October 2021. Supervision over the investment has been entrusted to the Hungarian company Mega-Logistic Zrt. Forbis Group, who specializes in interior design, is also involved in the enterprise. The first tender procedure for the works was issued as early as in 2017, but two years later, the building was entered into the registry of historic monuments, due to which the investment was suspended. ■
