Icon RE is going to build retail park in Warsaw

Icon Real Estate is going to build a shopping-service outlet in the area of Bluszczańska Street, near the Czerniakowska-Bis route in Warsaw-Mokotów. The enterprise is going to consist of the putting to use of a building with an area of approx. 2,500 sqm, with a supermarket (approx. 1,100 sqm), shops and services located on the first floor and a garage hall for 86 vehicles. The project was prepared by A-M-P Studio Works are scheduled to begin in the third quarter of this year and are going to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019. ■
