IMB Asymetria is going to design "Nautilus" complex in Gdańsk

IMB Asymetria is preparing the documentation of the multi-functional "Nautilus" complex in Gdańsk. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of a complex of outlets with an area of approx. 60,000 sqm, on an almost 4.7-ha lot located on Pokoleń Lechii Gdańsk and Marynarki Polskiej streets, near the Energa Gdańsk Stadium. Let us recall that in June of this year we informed about the choice of PFI Future by Arena Gdańsk for the construction for approx 0.5 billion PLN of a complex consisting of an oceanarium, a Secret Continental hotel, 5D+ Science Caves, retail-gastronomy facilities and a medical center. ■
